I was very surprised how well these worked for the price. It compares very closely to the Moore and wright for the fraction of the price.
Shipston Real Oak Floors –
The gauge is protected from most dust ingress and water. A plastic key is provided for removing the battery cover, which is an excellent idea because using a coin always chews up the battery cover slot. The battery type is widely available. Also, the extra battery was really appreciated. The frame is robust and made of metal. Metal is used for the anvil and spindle. Really solid. The spindle is perfectly balanced and the reading is always bang on accurate.
