DELIVERY

All orders are sent via UPS next working day delivery (excluding highlands and islands unless requested). 

Please note Saturday delivery is not included in this service and can be arranged by contacting us directly. 

We offer FREE next day delivery in the UK for all orders over £100. For orders under £100 a £5.99 (ex VAT) delivery charge will apply.

Please note our UKAS calibration service can add up to 7 working days to delivery times. 

If ordering from outside the U.K. the delivery speed will vary so please contact us directly to get accurate delivery times.

All orders are shipped from our default address located in Sheffield, U.K.

RETURNS

If you would like to return your order, you can do so within 28 days of receiving it. A refund will be issued once items are received and checked.

*** Please note items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a refund to be processed. Calibration costs are non refundable. ***

If you would like to make a return, email us at enquiries@digitalmicrometers.co.uk detailing the reason for the return and the invoice number. We will be in contact within 24 hours of receiving the email. A restocking fee may apply.

Warranty

All items are supplied with 12 months warranty as standard. If the item develops a fault during this period, please contact us!

VAT

We include 20% VAT on all orders inside the United Kingdom. We do not charge VAT on orders outside the United Kingdom.
